Important Notice for Orders Outside Connecticut

For orders shipped outside the state of Connecticut, shipping costs are not included at checkout.

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm the shipping cost based on your location and number of boxes. Shipping payment will then be processed before the order is shipped.

This process allows us to ensure the most accurate and fair shipping rates for temperature-controlled delivery of our perishable products.

Local Delivery

  • For local deliveries performed by our team ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE INCLUDED in the product price.
  • The customer assumes full responsibility once delivery has been completed at the provided address.

Perishable Product Shipping

Our products are perishable and shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging designed to maintain freshness and quality throughout transit.

Shipping dates and delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates Outside Connecticut

We proudly ship our products throughout the continental United States. Shipping rates are based on destination region and number of insulated boxes shipped.

Northeast Region

$19.99 for 1–3 boxes

Southeast Region
$29.99 for 1–3 boxes

Florida
$39.99 for 1–3 boxes

Midwest Region
$39.99 for 1–3 boxes

Texas
$49.99 for 1–3 boxes

California
$49.99 for 1–3 boxes

Western States
$39.99 for 1–3 boxes

Additional Boxes:
Each additional box beyond the first three will incur a $10.00 charge per box.

Box Definition:
Each insulated shipping container is considered one box. Partial boxes are counted as one full box.


Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you agree that:

• Someone must be available to receive the package
• Products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery

We are not responsible for damage or loss of quality due to delayed refrigeration or unattended deliveries.


Carrier Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions or delays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer


Ownership Transfer

Ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
