🦬 Ironroot Elk Medallions – Lean Strength for Healing & Renewal
Our Ironroot Elk Medallions are a clean, naturally lean source of nourishment designed to support healing through strength and balance. Elk is a wild, nutrient-dense protein that delivers complete amino acids to help repair tissue, rebuild muscle, and restore vitality—without excess fat or heaviness.
Elk is especially rich in iron, zinc, and B vitamins, essential nutrients that support oxygen delivery, immune resilience, and efficient energy metabolism. Because elk is naturally lean and minimally processed, it is easy for the body to digest and utilize, allowing energy to be directed toward healing rather than inflammation or metabolic strain.
Healing thrives on foods that are both strengthening and clean. Elk medallions offer grounding nourishment that stabilizes energy, supports recovery, and aligns with ancestral, whole-food nutrition principles. When prepared simply and paired with vegetables or whole foods, they become a restorative meal that helps rebuild the body from the inside out.
How it supports healing:
- Complete, high-quality protein to support tissue repair and muscle renewal
- Naturally lean profile for clean digestion and reduced inflammatory load
- Iron to support healthy blood flow and oxygen transport
- Zinc and B vitamins to support immune and metabolic health
- Wild, nutrient-dense nourishment aligned with Ironroot’s strength-building philosophy
Fuel your body with intention — Ironroot nourishment that restores strength, resilience, and vitality at the root.
